This place was ideal for our purposes, would be happy to recommend. Came with our family members, everything was really good. The staff were decent and diligent and the location was reasonably priced to the nearest restaurant. Plus, it was just off the center and a bio supermarket and a bakery.

The convenient location for exploring the area, including the proximity to southern France and a forest, along with the friendly staff and well-arranged apartment, made the stay enjoyable.

pool closes very early (19. 30) you arrive from the city tired and pool is already closed, one of the reasons why I booked this apartment. kitchenware is very very scarce. There were 2 of us and there were 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 knives so if you are using the 2 spoons for coffee and you need another one to pour mayonnaise for example, you have to be cleaning continuously... you should be more generous with the cutlery. There are exactly 2 glasses, 2 of everything. If you're looking for an apartment so you can go and have lunch or dinner and rest a bit in the middle of the day, is not the place. To go to the centre of Nantes you have to go to a Lecrec ( carrefour type ) leave your car in the car park ( free ) and take a tram at the station which is 5 minutes walk from the lecrec. It is easy to move around by tram but this makes you lose 45 minutes to go and 45 minutes to come back. I have nothing against the apartments, they are fine. Ours for 2 was a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. There's no air conditioning and it was very hot.

The location is excellent, set in a business park with spacious and airy rooms, comfortable beds, and fresh air making it hard to breathe.

It is well located near the airport and quick access roads to other cities and has a Carrefour shopping centre nearby. With a gas station that offers cheaper rates than others in the area (is open to pay in office only until 19h) I think you can pay by credit card. In summer they offer the possibility of a free swimming pool. Very quiet area to rest well. Comfortable beds and TV with different international channels including Spanish.

overall cleanliness is good. there are details that can be improved. Renewing the cleaning kit. (The scrubbing pad was very worn out and had a bad impression. floor sweeping brush and small one for collecting the garbage were both in need of renovation. the curtains in the bedrooms need to be washed and bottom of one of them fixed because it was broken. (At the top the curtain is black from the accumulated dust). Renewing the curtain in the bathroom is stained. cleaning of the light bulb above the sink near the ceramic hob would not be out of place. It was with old man's grease. hand was stuck. With these improvements removed, overall cleanliness is good.

We loved both the location and area where the apartments were located. All green, terraced houses and very spacious. kitchen is very complete (4 burners), you can cook everything comfortably and oven is powerful. In addition there is a Carrefour to 1 kilometer. We didn't have time to try the swimming pool because the weather was bad but it looked very good. We stayed there because of the Hellfest festival and truth is that it is a luxury, because the apartment is next to the highway, so it is super comfortable to go to Clisson. It takes 25 minutes or less by car. I repeat for sure!

We had a problem with the hot water the last day, the technician came right away and supposedly fixed it but something happened that didn't work, when we realized the reception was already closed. We were also very well attended at all times and apologized for what happened. It wasn't their fault either, there was a storm and it caused problems with the fuses. So actually, nothing negative

Had a wonderful time staying here for 2 nights, the location was perfect near the techno-park, city-center, bio supermarket, and transportation links.

We were all very impressed with the accomodation, the house was clean, the layout was perfect, nice to have the little kitchenette for cooking. Great to have a fridge. We were a family of 5 and stayed one night and were overall very impressed.

My only issue was that I had asked for a non-smoking room. Although the smell of smoke was not very strong there was a lingering aroma and I could taste cigarette smoke in my mouth when I woke up in the morning.

Free parking onsite provided. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

This place is conveniently located in a beautiful shared garden.

Location was very good asas we have a car and there was free parking. Only 10-15 mins from city centre and has good access to motorways to get elsewhere in france. Accomodation was very spacious good for a family.

The matress on the bed was not the most comfortable. Would have been good to enclose garden. Could have done with more cleaning fluids.

Excellent spacious accommodation. Staff were excellent and we were provided with everything we needed for our stay (including mop, washing powder, washing up liquid). Apartment has a full kitchen and laundry room, upstairs and downstairs toilet and a bathroom.

Friendly and hardworking staff here, they really impressed me. The spot was easy to reach and quiet away from the busy street noise. getting to the airport was a breeze, just a quick 22-minute drive away! 🌟

Pos: The location was perfect, just a short walk from Les Otages Sculpture, and our apartment had amenities like a flat screen TV, a seating area, and a writing table.
